Today's buyers and sellers are arming themselves with as much information as possible before they ever seek the assistance of a real estate professional. Once all the information has been gathered then comes the seemingly easy task of selecting an agent to help accomplish what the buyer of seller believes they need from the agent. Oftentimes buyers and sellers do not use any selective criteria before choosing an agent to work with. Many people assume all agents are the same. They show houses and write offers, right? Wrong. That is not the case. All agents are not the same. We each have varying levels of real estate experience and real estate education.
